- New Document service — Write your documents directly in a workspace: heading styles like in a word processor, text size and color, tables, resizable images and a table of contents built from the headings.
- Action plans and pipelines in your documents — Insert a link, a summary card, the steering view or the fever chart of an action plan or a pipeline. The data shown is current, not a frozen copy.
- Document templates — A document can serve as a template: a new document then starts from its content. Duplicating a workspace also copies the content of its documents.
- Paste Markdown — Text pasted in Markdown format is converted into formatting.
- One writer at a time — While a member is writing, the others see their name and switch to read-only, then see the changes come in. No more edits overwriting each other.
- Editing rights — Choose whether all workspace members can edit a document, or only some of them. Workspace administrators can always edit.
